What progress have you made in the last month on your genius hour project?
In the last month i have made a lot of progress from research and progress in the gym. I have searched lots of speed and strength programs and have watched videos and seen the results. Also my self in the weight room due to these programs i have been setting new personal records.
What steps do you plan to take in the next three weeks to further your progress on your project?
In the next three weeks i plan to search more programs. After finding more programs i am going to make my own personal program that suites my needs. Also this program will be more power and speed rather than one specific program that really hits on one of these main categories.
